1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how LRF Investments LLC, together with its affiliates LRF Investments Bogota LLC and LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC (collectively, "we," "us," or "the Studio"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information of members and prospective members at the F45 Training studios we operate as franchisees:

We are independently owned and operated franchisees of the F45 Training brand. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and process directly. Information collected by F45 corporate (FIT House of Brands) through their websites and mobile apps is governed by their separate F45 Training Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you, from your interactions with our Studio booking and payment systems (Mindbody), from body composition equipment (InBody), and from forms you complete:

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain your Membership and the Studio's services.
- Send you service-related communications by email and text message, including class reminders, booking confirmations, waitlist notifications, billing alerts, schedule changes, and other notifications necessary to operate your Membership.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Respond to your inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Verify your identity and protect against fraud.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- Improve our services, including analyzing usage patterns and member feedback.
- Promote the Studio and our community using photos and videos taken during classes, in accordance with your Membership Agreement.
4. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information collected by LRF Investments LLC, LRF Investments Bogota LLC, or LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC — including phone numbers, opt-in status, and consent records collected at any of the F45 Training studios we operate (North Paramus, Bogota, or Morris Plains) — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time, for any reason. This policy applies to all categories of mobile data we collect.
Mobile information is used solely to operate your Membership and to send you the categories of service-related text messages described in this section.
4.1 What Text Messages You'll Receive
By providing your mobile phone number and signing your Membership Agreement, you have consented to receive service-related text messages from F45 Training (the studio you signed up at) sent through our messaging service provider (Twilio). These messages include:
- Class reminders sent before booked classes
- Booking confirmations when you reserve a class
- Waitlist notifications when a spot opens in a previously full class
- Class cancellation notifications when a scheduled class is removed from the calendar
- Schedule change notifications when class times are modified
- Billing alerts when a scheduled payment fails or your card on file is expiring
- Account notifications for membership freezes, cancellations, and other Membership-related events
These are service messages necessary to operate your Membership. They are not marketing messages.
4.2 Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically up to 10 service messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of service text messages at any time. Opting out may affect your ability to receive critical Membership notifications, including class cancellations, billing alerts, and schedule changes.
4.3 Marketing Text Messages (Separate Consent)
Promotional and marketing text messages — special offers, new programs, referral promotions, community events — are sent only to members who have separately opted in to marketing messages. Marketing consent is not a condition of Membership and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any promotional message.
4.4 Mobile Data Sharing — Reaffirmed
To remove any doubt: LRF Investments LLC, LRF Investments Bogota LLC, and LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC do not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile information — including your mobile phone number, the fact that you opted in to messages, your message history, or your consent records — to any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or any similar purpose. Ever. This applies regardless of which of our studios (North Paramus, Bogota, or Morris Plains) you signed up at.
The only third party that handles your mobile information is our messaging service provider (Twilio), which sends the messages on our behalf and is contractually bound to use that information solely for that purpose.
5. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers: Mindbody (booking and billing), Twilio (text messaging), Google (email and storage), Cloudflare (web hosting), Stripe (where applicable for payments), ADP (where applicable for staff records), Slack (internal staff communications), and InBody (body composition scan data). Each is contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.
- F45 corporate (FIT House of Brands): Limited member identity information is shared with F45 corporate as required by our franchise agreement so that you can use F45 services (such as booking classes, accessing the F45 mobile app, or participating in F45 Challenges). Their handling of that data is governed by the F45 Training Privacy Policy.
- Cross-studio access: If you are a member at one of our studios and visit another studio we operate, your account information may be accessible at the visited location to allow you to attend classes.
- Legal compliance: Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Studio, our members, or others.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of one of our studios to another franchisee or operator, member information controlled by us would be transferred to the successor entity. You would be notified before such a transfer.
6. Relationship with F45 Corporate (FIT House of Brands)
F45 Training studios are operated by independent franchisees. We — LRF Investments LLC — are the franchisee operator of the studios listed in Section 1. We are responsible for the personal information we collect from you directly at our studios and through our signing system.
F45 corporate (FIT House of Brands) operates the F45 brand website at f45training.com, the F45 mobile app, and other corporate services. Information you provide to F45 corporate through those channels is governed by the F45 Training Privacy Policy, not by this policy.
This separation matters: this policy governs our handling of your information at our studios. The corporate policy governs F45 corporate's handling of your information through their channels.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The signing page at sign.studioiq.ai uses only essential cookies necessary to operate the signing flow (for example, to maintain your signing session and prevent duplicate submissions). We do not use marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this signing page.
Other tools we use (such as Mindbody and the F45 corporate website) may use cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all signing system traffic.
- Encryption at rest for stored signed agreements and signature images.
- Restricted access to member records on a need-to-know basis.
- Use of PCI-compliant payment processors so that full card details are never stored by us.
- Cryptographic audit trails (IP address, timestamp, document hash) on every signed Membership Agreement.
No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that personal information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this policy. If we discover a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information (subject to limitations — for example, we cannot delete records we are required by law or contract to retain).
- Opt out of certain uses of your information.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact your Studio at the email address listed in Section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before honoring your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
10. Children Under 16
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental or legal guardian consent. Individuals under 16 are prohibited from taking F45 Training classes without prior approval from Studio management, which requires a fitness assessment and signed parental or legal guardian consent.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16, please contact your Studio immediately and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version date at the top of this policy will be updated whenever changes are made. We will notify members of material changes by email or text message. Continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
