  • These Terms govern your use of our messaging service and the signing system at sign.studioiq.ai.
  • Your full Membership terms are in the Membership Agreement you sign when you become a member — these Terms do not replace it.
  • By providing your mobile number and signing your Membership Agreement, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us.
  • You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  • LRF Investments LLC, LRF Investments Bogota LLC, and LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing.

1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LRF Investments LLC, together with its affiliates LRF Investments Bogota LLC and LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC (collectively, "we," "us," or "the Studio"), the independent franchisee operator of the following F45 Training studios:

We are independently owned and operated franchisees of the F45 Training brand. The F45 Training brand and the corporate website at f45training.com are owned and operated separately by FIT House of Brands, governed by their own corporate Terms.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern:

These Terms do not replace your Membership Agreement. The full terms governing your Membership — including billing, cancellation, freeze rights, code of conduct, photo release, and assumption of risk — are set out in the Membership Agreement you sign when you become a member. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement controls.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Service Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and signing your Membership Agreement, you have expressly consented to receive service-related text messages from F45 Training (the studio you signed up at) sent through our messaging service provider, Twilio.

3.1 What Messages You'll Receive

Service text messages are limited to the categories necessary to operate your Membership:

These are service messages necessary to operate your Membership. They are not marketing messages. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only to members who have separately opted in to marketing.

3.2 Consent Mechanism

Consent to receive service text messages is captured at the time you sign your Membership Agreement, via a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox that displays your mobile phone number inline along with the categories of messages, frequency, rate disclosure, and HELP/STOP instructions. Consent is recorded along with your digital signature, IP address, timestamp, and user agent for audit purposes.

4. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically up to 10 service messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages we send and to your replies. We do not charge any separate fee for sending or receiving service messages.

5. Opting Out and Help

5.1 Opt Out

You may opt out of service text messages at any time by replying STOP (or any of the following keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further service messages.

Important: opting out of service text messages may affect your ability to receive critical Membership notifications, including class cancellations, billing alerts, and schedule changes. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your Membership. To cancel your Membership, follow the cancellation procedures in your Membership Agreement.

5.2 Opt Back In

You may opt back in at any time by replying START (or UNSTOP, or YES) to any prior message thread, or by contacting your Studio.

5.3 Help

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for assistance. You may also contact your Studio directly at the phone numbers listed in Section 10 below.

6. Mobile Data Sharing

No mobile information collected by LRF Investments LLC, LRF Investments Bogota LLC, or LRF Investments Morris Plains LLC — including phone numbers, opt-in status, and consent records collected at any of the F45 Training studios we operate (North Paramus, Bogota, or Morris Plains) — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time, for any reason. The only third party that handles your mobile information is our messaging service provider (Twilio), which sends the messages on our behalf and is contractually bound to use that information solely for that purpose.

7. Eligibility

The signing system and our SMS service are available to individuals 18 years of age or older who are residents of the United States and have a working mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS. Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf and may not enroll in the SMS service except through that parent or guardian's number.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made. We will notify members of material changes by email or text message. Your continued use of the signing system or the SMS service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved as set out in your Membership Agreement.
